Chengdu Shimao Plaza is uniquely positioned as a "micro vacation lifestyle center". The project is located in the gathering place of micro vacation tourism resources in Chengdu, backed by the Longquan Mountains, adjacent to the future Unicorn Park, adjacent to the suburban resort Sansheng Township and Lanting Art Center. In the future, Chengdu Shimao Plaza will combine the surrounding resources to gather urban culture, art, nature and life to form a unique micro vacation living area.
As the second commercial project of Shimao Group in Chengdu, the shopping center covers an area of about 140000 square meters, designed by Aedas Kaida Global, integrates the characteristics of mountains and nature into the architectural design, and creates a characteristic shopping center with perfect integration of nature and humanity. The project is positioned as a living, recreation and shopping landmark, and is built with three distinctive concepts: pan community consumption upgrading space, urban micro vacation life hub, and a diversified post station for suburban tourism to bring a new lifestyle to future consumers. 
成都世茂广场独创定位“微度假生活方式中心”。项目位于成都的微度假旅游资源聚集地,背靠龙泉山脉,毗邻未来的独角兽公园,接壤近郊游胜地三圣乡、蓝顶艺术中心。未来,成都世茂广场将联合周边资源,将城市文化、艺术、自然与生活聚合,形成独有的微度假生活区域。
作为世茂集团在成都的第二个商业项目,购物中心建筑面积约14万方,由Aedas凯达环球担纲设计,将山脉和自然的特色融入建筑设计中,打造自然与人文完美融合的特色购物中心。项目定位为生活游憩购物地标,以泛社区化的消费升级空间、城市微度假生活枢纽、近郊旅游的多元化驿站三大特色概念打造,为未来消费者带来全新的生活方式。
